My Server is Running OK…I Hope!

If anyone has been reading my latest Tweets, or even if you have been trying to view the this site, you would have realised I have been having a lot of trouble with my server. This is the first day speckyboy.com has ran smoothly! Not bad when you consider I have been online for only 10 days.

My hosting company has accepted the blame, it has apparently affected a lot of sites. They have said “As an appreciation for your patience, we have applied 2 months free credit to your account”. Which is great, and likewise appreciated.

I thought long and hard about which host to go for, Media Temple allways seemed the best. A little bit more pricey, yes. But for quality and reliability well worth it. I think I just joined on the wrong week, if it was next week, I would never have known about the issues.

I have no ill feelings towards Media Temple, I still feel they are the best value and highest quality. A lot of great and popular sites can’t be wrong, can they.
