There are two types of bookmark manager. Each of them has its Pro and Con.

1.Bookmark management site which you add, edit and organize bookmarks on the web page, so you can use it on both PC and Macintosh.

Most well-known: Google bookmarks. It's Google, need I say more? But it's too plain.
Most popular: http://delicious.com/. It has millions of users.
Most featured: http://www.diigo.com/. You can mark and add notes on pages.
Most easy to use: http://www.goodiebox.net/. Clean interface and Seamless support for both IE and firefox.

2.Browser based bookmark manager, which you add, edit and organize bookmarks on the browser, it's easy to use but platform dependent.

There are many this kind of Adds-Ons or Plug-Ins. StartAid and Foxmarks are most popular ones. I don't like Adds-Ons as you have to install them
on each individual browsers. Too many Add-ons slows down your browser.

I used StartAid, diigo, and delicious before. Now I only use diigo and goodiebox.
Based on your situation, I would recommend you goodiebox. It supports browser based bookmarking without Add-ons.
You may have a look this Youtube link to get a sense. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GPV8OtmieY

Qindex.info has unique features that cannot be found in other social bookmarks.
For example, I collected many movie clips from vedio sharing sites and stored them in my Qindex.info:
http://qindex.info/Q_incld/drctry.php?id=movie&ctgry=2464
At any time, I can enjoy those movies anywhere.

Hi everybody,

if you want to be on the edge of the Web 2.0 you should have a look at BibSonomy: it has got a lot of nice features, the data is available via a webservice and if you'd like to integrate your bookmarks with your WordPress blog this plugin will help you with that (have a look at the examples).

Cheers,
Christian
