BlogDesk is a desktop publishing applications for blogging. It does make it easier to write posts, it can also speed up lavish processes and assists the author with smart features. It currently supports WordPress, MovableType, Drupal, Serendipity and ExpressionEngine. And is the only application that I can find that supports Custom Fields. Having said that, I still prefer to publish online.
