How A Logo Design Contest Works

Starting a contest with Logomyway couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

Step 1: They will ask you a few questions about your business and the design you are looking for. The minimum amount to start a contest is $200.00 with a 10% Fee that goes towards operations.

Step 2: They will then ask how much you’re willing to pay the winning designer. Prize amounts generally range from $200 to $1000 depending on the type of design you require.

Step 3: Once your contest goes live to the over 4000 designers you should rate the designs and give feedback to the designers, this will help you get that perfect logo design.

Step 4: At the completion of the design contest you will choose a winning design. The designer will upload their completed design so you can download it from your account.

    I think this is a catch 22 as it devalues some creativity for some professional designers out there, but on the other side some designers struggle with the commercial side of business, so will help them pay the bills?

    This is nice concept, but I think anyone can hardly get a perfect logo design via these type of contests.
