I think that psdtuts is a nice website for tutorials, but its not a good one for resources(psd’s) U have to pay to get them soo…

OffcialPSDs is questionable. Most of the stuff on there can technically be considered stolen, especially most shit in the “stock” section. Stuff on there gets reported all the time. It’s like they have no moderators. And when you complain or report stolen images, they ban you and call you a troll.
