30 Essential Adobe Lightroom Tutorials & Tips

By on Photography

If you’re like most designers you probably spend a considerable amount of time in Photoshop on a daily basis. So when it comes time to edit photos you probably head straight to Photoshop. However, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is a very useful program that you should not be ignoring (Lightroom is available to you if you have a Creative Cloud subscription).

When the first version of Lightroom was created, it was most useful for organizing and managing photos, but its editing and post-processing capabilities have come a very long way in a relatively short period. While Lightroom doesn’t have all of the capabilities of Photoshop for things like advanced photo manipulation or working with text layers on top of photos, there are plenty of things that it can do very well.

If you don’t have experience with Lightroom you may have been interested in it but not liking the idea of trying to tackle a big learning curve. Fortunately, the learning curve for Lightroom is much, much smaller than Photoshop’s learning curve. In this post, we’ve collected many of the best tutorials that will help you to get started with Lightroom. With these tutorials, you’ll learn how to use the most important tools in Lightroom’s Develop Module, and how to achieve specific looks or effects with your photos.
