Joomla excels at template flexibility, which is one of the reasons its so popular.

Great list, but you may want to remove Festivais as it is powered by WordPress.

The Porchlight Community website is actually a purchased template from rocket themes. You may want to give them the credit for design. The design is hyperion.

A lot of joomlas power doesn’t come from it being a CMS. It’s a really well built and documented PHP MVC Framework that allows rapid development of new custom components and modules. I use it for almost all my projects and look at it as more of an Application Framework with a solid starter base rather than the other way around, as a CMS that has some framework functions.
