    Great article but I have done these things since day 1 and still struggle to get clients. People say they like my work but either I’m no good at selling my services or….?..

    I have a number of clients that keep my services because i offer them value, not so much for the money but continuity of service which results in higher returns eventually.

    Not sure if there are specific things you need to do to get paid more, I’m pretty sure it has to do with your character and the value you bring to the table.

    All great points. They wont make you money, they will make you MORE money, just as the title implies. Standing your ground, being confident, and knowing your worth what your asking for is the key. If possible, under-promise, and quickly over-deliver. If done right, it makes a client for life.

    Good article. I think another point is be busy. If I have a lot of jobs on and a potential new client requests a quote I have no problem asking for more than I might do in normal circumstances.
