Here is another free online image editor. Unlike most of them, the images are not uploaded to a server. It’s also more oriented to treat several images at once than one by one.
    Run online at http://decoration.japplis.com/applet.html

Great list! How about Aviary Phoenix? I’ve tried a few of these editors and was impressed. But I thought Aviary Phoenix was the most impressive online editor I tried.

i,ve flirted with all kinds of software through sheer boredom mostly lol myself and its all about your task.
LUNAPIC has a lot of great animation effects fof gifs unlike some and is free. But none match most good software apps of course, which u can apply plug-ins like Adobe. Buy Adobe if u want limitless design and ease. For general design i.e banners etc.. your online list is good :). Check out the many sites, forums for added inspiration, ideas, tips if you lack and need.

  • http://www.fatpaint.com Shahid

Introducing http://www.Fatpaint.com, a free, full featured, online graphic design software for doing layered painting, vector drawing, photo editing and page layout. It’s the first Flash based painting program with full support for pressure sensitive Pen Tablets.

Fatpaint has more drawing and painting features than any other online graphics application, and it has built-in thousands of graphical resources.

We have worked very hard developing Fatpaint and therefore we are interested in your feedback.
So any suggestions or/and ideas for improving the software would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    … 20th Jan 12.
Finally we are getting somewhere with online editors, but the big revenue earners over the next ten years are those that give you all of your online ©,®, and T no matter what service they give you online and as for the phone companies and their Protect status:NO, then that alone tells you how your color or your idea got onto the front cover of Chanel 5′s landing page and interlude filler…..its Scarlet not Crimson and it is mine and you have not paid me one penny for it as yet.
So you editors grab this market quick with today’s software and increased RSS efficiency you do not need central registration just good tracking and a sharp solicitor… Oh! And  somewhere safe to invest if Malcolm Pollack is even half right.
