There are many, many Social Bookmarking options available for WordPress, I have tried to sift through as many as I could to give you the best 20.
My favorite is Sociable, which I use on this site. That is not to say it is the best, the idea is to find the plugin that best fits into the theme and style of your site.

    On Nov. 3, 2008, Alex King’s ShareThis plugin went haywire. Users found that when attempting to email one blog post, ShareThis would haphazardly email another post at random.

    Yes, in the post he says he’s using sociable, but that is not true. Maybe he was using it when he wrote the post, but whatever is being used here is not on the list.

    Hey.

    I’m realy liking sociable.
    How did you edit the php and css though?

    It has some hardcore permissions i cant get past.

    I created my onw icons in a seperate folder but how did you get it to check if there is a 32 bit version?

    Hi, just wondering if you’ve run into any problems with your bookmarking plugins and SEO. I’ve used a selection, and they all seem to place their own code in the header of the page – this isn’t preferable for SEO I would imagine – current culpret: Add To Any

    After posted the request the author to post his “heavily customized Sociable Plugin” for downloading a couple days ago, I’ve decided to give it a try and found out that it’s very very very much much easier than I thought as you guys can see I have the same sets of social bookmark icons and settings on my site now ;)

  67. Thanks for this list. I was looking around for the best and after checking out this review which was comprehensive with the graphics. I ended up with addtothis, like you say, install, activate and forget about it. Works as advertised so I will keep it, plus its’ a nice clean look too.
